Today's the day! We fetch our statement - not too bad for a week's debauchery, and grab some brekkie before disembarking to grab an Uber cab to our hostel The Tropics on Collins ave - devastated to discover we can't check in until 3pm it's 10am and we're wrecked.

Thankfully there's a pool so Matt sunbathes and Jacq snoozes on a chair indoors. Its so hot, warmer than the cruise!

When we get to the room it's two sets of bunk beds, a mixed dorm with 3 boys and Jacq eeerrrrr awkward.

It's ok really, Jacq decides to bunk in with Matt, and we check out the south beach opposite - it's pretty dirty, surprising as it's so highly rated, but we're so tired it's really a day of snoozing and sleeping hoping to explore more tomorrow.
