We get up around 9am and set off for the beach below, it's not really a sandy beach but it has a nice little river by the rocks that we explore. We drive back to West Cliff drive for sunrise around 5am it doesn't appear until 6.45am so Jacq makes coffee and egg sandwiches - when it does show up it's spectacular rising just over the pier. We make tracks around 11am Spring, Leila and David drop us off at the local Bart station and we catch the train to Fremont.
