This morning Hannah and I went for a morning hack, apparently I have natural balance on a horse.. Who knew!? After a long trot we broke into canter at the end, since this was the fastest we had been this morning I believed this to be a race, so I galloped past both Hannah and Tors who were both riding and holding two horses each, who all bolted in order to beat me.. Hannah almost got ripped off her horse and we lost all four horses.. Oops. but was fun!
Hannah drive me into town and we said our goodbyes before I jumped on the baz bus to Durban!
Met real odd Englishman on the bus, who must be in his late 40's and worked at the Southampton docks. He spoke so quietly i barely heard a word he said so just nodded a lot. He was keen on showing me photos of the waves and telling me strange facts. For example, did you know crows are the most intelligent birds, and they work together to open bin lids and much more, he didn't appreciate me saying they were pests and I enjoy blasting them from the sky!
Arrived at Tewini's in Durban in time for the brai night. They provide salad and bread and you bring your own meat, so I found a spar and brought some!
That evening I met some more Australians and a yank, nice people and had some good info on the next part of the journey, to which plenty on notes were made.
