Day 3, Another Memorable Day

Selamat Pagi! well up early again to the sound of roosters today , nothing unusal here though and kinda nice too... all the wonderful sounds of Bali. headed to breakfast where once again we all feasted on the buffet breakfast .. gotta love not having to cook and washing up!
Today is the girls day to head out for a bit of shopping (my wife is hanging to and cant believe she hasnt yet lol) so we are going to hang at the pool with the kids for some fun in the sun. My brother come over to visit and drop his motorbike for us to use while we are in Bali just as the girl leaving for shopping, so I told my friend to go in he pool with the kids first and I will join them in the pool once my brother leave. After my brother left I joined my friend and the kids in the pool for about an hour, had a few Bintangs The girls were gone for ages and we were getting hungry so back to the room to get changed and head out for a bite to eat ... we were literally about to go when the girls arrived bak loaded up with bags of shopping ! a morning well spent and smiles on their faces as they show us the thigs they bought. Happy with that they joined us for some lunch and we started out to find somewhere nice to eat thats going to accomodate all of us and that resturant was Mama Mia on Legian street. We filled up and the food was amazing , I had chicken cordon blue, wife:nasi goreng and chicken sate, mr J had spagetti Bol and garlic bread , mr R had pizza and Miss A had plain pasta , it was all reall delicious and we will definitely reutrn. After the very satisfying feed i wanted to go and say hello to my friend Buyung who was only a short stroll down from the restaurant ( girls headed back to hotel with the kids ), Dan and I went to find my friend (and it was good to see him again). We only stayed about 5 minutes then to the shop where I got reslly awesome skull singlets 2 years ago and asked if they can order some for us this time as because we sgay longer.On the way back to the hotel I remember that my brother Didi only left me with 1 helmet so we decided to buy a helmet and we spotted really cool skull helmet and decided to get 1 each, after haggling back and forth we finally got 2 helmet for Rp. 600.000 which pretty reasonable price for us even though I know I can get it a bit cheaper somewhere else. Next up was a massage for us which was great as usual, same place, same massage frlom 2 years ago when we were here .. came back and chilled till dinner time .
Last trip we went to Poco Loco (Mexican) and had a great time and caught the party bus back which is open air and has music blarring and lights flashing ( massive hit with the kids ) and thought we need to do that again. Leaving for dinner around 6:30PM, when we arrived the resturant was quite empty (its really big oo) but thats ok.. we had our dinner and 4 shots each and let the lovely staff know that we would like the party bus for our trip home ..unfortunately we couldn't get it and tht left sad faces on the kids.and to be honest we were a little dissappointed too (big kids we are haha). We ended up having to mission the half hour walk home due to massive traffic jams much to the kids annoyance but we bribed them with ice creams and piggy backs so we ended up walking the whole way! pretty sure we walked off our meal and some lol. kids crashed out once we got back and we sat on the verandah and had a couple of vodka then retreated to bed ourselves for a goodnights sleep and ready for what adventure tomorrow may bring.
