Day 12, My New Baby Niece

Off to see my brother Didik and Uli today and my new baby niece ! We hired a driver for the day from just outside our hotel (350,000= approx $35aud) to take us out to visit them in Canggu which is meant to about a 20 mins drive but because of weekend traffic it took close to an hour.
We finally arrived , my niece Farah is absolutely gorgeous and so tiny at only 7 days old.. You forget how little they can be, my wife was straight up for the first cuddle and she held her for about 30 minutes haha... Yes she got a bit clucky but no more babies for us. We wanted to give Uli a bit of time out so my brother and his son came with us to DMZ Bali ( 3D art photo place) where we had so much fun , lots of laughing and some unreal photos too! We probably spent about 1-1.5 hour inside going from one room to another and taking turns posing for the photos, we took over 100 photos altogether! What a great place to visit and I would recommend it if your travelling to Bali.
After DMZ we headed back to my brothers house , dropped them off and said our goodbyes before making the trip back to Kuta . Traffic was a nightmare on the way back, having standstill for up to 20 minutes at a time , the kids fell asleep through all of that (thank god or it would have been hideous) but once through the crossroad congestion is was a quick trip back to the hotel .
Tired and hot we retreated to our cool air conditioned room for a while and decided that the wife and I would pop out on the motorbike to pick up some dinner from the night markets and eat back at the room.
A nice chilled night again playing charades and Uno (our friends went to T.J's Mexican restaurant in poppies lane 1 for dinner) and they popped in here for a chat and said dinner was great except the Margherita he ordered was actually way to strong and he didn't drink it ! after they went up to their room we played a few more games of Uno before hopping into bed at around 11pm.
