Day 9, ATV Jungle Tour.

A sunrise surprise this morning , a friend of mine from school ( now in Jakarta ) had a package of the yummy Indonesian snack foods I talked about delivered to my hotel at 7am , it included Sawi Goreng, Tahu Isi, Hong Kong, Nagasari and lemper. What a way to start the day ! This morning my mate and I are heading out to do Quad bike riding through the the jungle and rice fields... Quick breaksfast at about 7:30am before our driver Awenk picks us up at 8am.

2 hours later we arrived at our destination. We had a demonstration on how to ride the bikes before we took of an awesome 2 hour adventure, first we just ride around villages and some rice field then into more exciting water, mud and some really narrow and slippery track, we rode around about 1 hour before we stopped on the resting area for about 15 minutes. My mate and I had a Bintang each, then after that we continue on the other half of the tour and make our way back too the starting area where we clean our self off from the mud then had spicy fried rice and satay chicken for lunch which is included in the package. Then we decide to look at the photos from one of the guides and we like them so we bought the photo on the dvd and head back to the hotel. All and all it was awesome experience and will definitely do it again.

Another 2 hours ride back to the hotel and on our back I asked our lovely driver Awenk if we can stop at the Tom's music shop and so we did and had a look around, happy with that the. We head back to the hotel.We arrived back at around 4pm and joined the girls and kids at the pool for a cool off. Perfect end to an awesome day!

Went out to Matahari for a few more supply's for the rooms and bought some sandals and a baby outfit for my brothers newborn baby girl.

My wife and I went up to the night markets to grab some dinner , took the motor bike as I was knackered from the day .. Ate and played some charades and Uno with the kids before I fell a sleep early.

Another awesome day of fantastic memories.
