Day 6 We took the plunge and headed around the peninsular towards Homer as hiking seemed miserable in thei weather. Day 5 We woke up yet agin in the rain and drove to a little place called Hope, a bizarre blink and you'd miss it one truck town. Day 4 Picked up the car out of town. A beaten up cracked windscreen, white Chevy Malibu, an automatic, much to claires disgust. Day 3 Afetr a day of deliberation on what to do where to go and how, we gave in and booked a hire car. Hello folks We arrived safe and sound at 3am afetr spending 42 hours in airports and flying from Cuzco to Lima and then Lima to Los Angeles (where our flight was cancelled) and then finally to Anchorage.
