Day 3 Afetr a day of deliberation on what to do where to go and how, we gave in and booked a hire car. We even contemplated hiring a tandem, the bike shop bloke was great he let us use his phone to call car places and we test drove one of his tandems, very funny but we thought probably too dangerous and would end up certainly in rows but maybe and accident. Also it was hundreds of miles on rough roads We planned to go down to the Kenai Penninsular (keen eye) for a week by car and then to go straight up to Denali. We met up with Mark again for a farewell drink, we sat with Loz and another guy and chatted over a beer. A bizarre Norwegian woman turned up looking for a certain pilot, very funny, she was bonkers but entertaining, Mark went to bed early so we left after another beer on Loz.
