Day 15 Day 2 Wilderness In the morning Ian said he'd woken in the night thinking he heard something walking round the tent, so he started hitting the tent and shouting, but in a second thought reckoned he must have dreamt it. We decided just to walk leisurely to the nice camping spot, unfortunately the little yellow tent was still there so we found the best plce we could, made our triangle, looked around and saw a fabulous view of mount mckinley. We went to have our wash in the river and collect some water to iodine and neutralise, avioding the little worms as best we could. Then we lay on the ground sheet and spent hours watching a herd of dall sheep on the mountain. We went for a walk at bear oclock but didnt see anything, we were slightly concerned we had pitched up on a caribou crossing. Note/ to be safe we had to shout HEY BEAR (of course in an American accent) and talk VERY loudly and sing.......10 green bottles, theres a hole in my bucket dear lisa, basically anything we could think of.
