We woke this morning in Ardrossan to a wonderfully sunny calm day but had already arranged our move onto Adelaide. Lovely weather all day today. We booked into a park about 20km from the city. It is a really big park, quite nice and we have a great spot. I did the washing and then we caught up with Trevor, our friend from Carnarvon bowls. It was good to see him again. Allen and Trevor set about fixing the kitchen sink and after a bit of man power, succeeded. The plug hole has been leaking water. Tomorrow we are going to catch public transport into the city. Al wants to go but I have taken a dislike to cities and cant wait to get out to the quite country again. We have two weeks before we board the Spirit of Tasmania and are starting to prepare for it now. All our reserve fuel has to be empty and jerry cans aired, boat fuel and generator fuel too have to be used before then. Also running down the fridge and freezer so that we dont have to worry about them being off for the trip. We have to give Sandi a special worm tablet and keep the receipt to show them when we board. 18-11-2013 Well we did the trip into the city via the train and then toured using the city loop bus. Eventually found our way to Rundle Mall. Not much to see but at least we can say we went into Adelaide!
