THE POO PARTY

We left westport on monday (23rd March) morning and headed down to Lake Manapua. On the way we stopped over at this amazing lake (sorry forgotten the name) where unexpectadly there was a super powerboat race going on. So we stayed there for a while and watched some of the racing which was pretty epic. We then managed to get the best photo of the trip with me, sam, slates and guy running and jumping off this jetty into the freezing cold lake in mid air. CLASSIC PHOTO! Sums up our get naked nature really as there were lots of people watching, i think we are in the local paper!!

After this little stop off we headed to greymouth to but our costumes for the poo party. The theme was tight and bright rubix cube. We all got amazing outfits mine consisting of an 8 year old girls t shirt and 8 year old boys shorts, green socks, a red beanie and an orange water bottle. Sam dressed up in a tiny little skirt and wore a t shirt saying i love shoes, handbags and boys and he had an umbrella! He looked classic! Guy and slates wore the same matching bra and leggings. Anyways we all had epic costumes on so we headed out for the pre bbq cooked by a guy called lez, who was 84 and owned and ran the hostel, an absolute legend!! Although he wasnt to impressed with guy and slates green body paint!! In the end it was a really good night, we all got merry and taught danish people some drinking games and then played a massive game of yee haaa with most of the people off the bus. Overall probably the best night we have had so far in new zealand!!
