We actually managed to sleep in until around 9:30am which was the longest we had slept in all holiday.

For breakfast Ian bought some cereal pots from the 7 11 and with the milk chilling in the ice bucket we tucked into our honey cheerios & coco pops....

We then decided to take a stroll down the strip and have a nosey at the big hotels. As we walked through our hotel casino we noticed people gambling and drinking champagne at 10:30 in the morning. I suppose it is Vegas....

Firstly we had a look at the gondolas in the venetian, ian got chatting to someone about Man City whilst in the process! We had a spot of lunch in the Wynn and headed back in the heat.

Whilst walking through Vegas it is all about "girls, girls, girls" with little Mexicans handing out dirty calling cards & for some reason They keep approaching Ian, he now feels paranoid that he looks a bit seedy.

During the afternoon we had a look round our rooftop pool and laid in the sun for 15 minutes until the heat became too much for us. Ian jumped in the Japanese soaking tub instead. Before we headed out at night we ordered a steak sandwich and a piece of chocolate cake, again we were both unable to finish it.

We checked out the free pirate show outside Treasure Island which lasted about 20 minutes. We were more entertained by the bar behind with waitresses & waiters dancing on tables and we even spotted an elderly couple joining in which made us laugh.

After this someone had recommended the Parasol down bar in the Wynn which is a cocktail bar with small shows every half hour, the first show we saw was a large singing frog above a fountain followed by some illuminated balls floating and moving around the lake. The cocktails were good to.

We headed back to base with a sweat on....
