Slept on as late as possible then checked out of San Marcos. Ride van into town to see the Mykonos Museum. Darn it was closed on Monday! So disappointed cause there are artifacts from Delos. Walked to Little Venice and ate at restaurant that is all over Pinterest. Kastros. Had a lovely table next to the window which was open to the water and I could see the windmills the best part was the ceiling fans. Warm again today. The people watching in this restaurant was facinating. 3 young women all posing in Front of the window. Lots of make up and hair. We started with a delicious salad then I had shrimp , Grant-octopus stew, rick hand sea bass ( could stand it after I have had for past two evenings). All of a sudden a group comes in the girls just have to be from California. It was like they had been on a picture shoot or something. One of the girls had on a lot of make up and hair perfect. She kept taking selfies. We decided she was an Instagram star with her posse. After lunch we just slowly walked through the streets of the old city. Quaint and picturesque. A spotted a cute blue eye in a jewelry store. Ended up buying for 55 euro. Artist made with rose gold. At first I thought an impulse buy but did not see anything else nearly as cute. Bought some gifts then we still had 45 min till van. Decide to just walk on over to yacht port pick up place and wait. We were tired of walking. The people watching was incredible. A big ferry let off a lot of people all pulling their suitcases to catch some sort of transportation. Rick realizes that he does not have on his wedding ring and it must still be in the hotel room. We only have about 15 min before transfer to boat. The front desk tries to get housekeeping to go look. I’m not sure they did. Ring not found. Transfer down to new port a MSC cruise is on the dock . As we waited for 90 min..... frustrating to be tendered to our boat, people watched again. Lots of MSC crew coming back from the beach and another group of crew playing rugby outside the ship . A large tour group of American girl teenagers show up ( I think late) when they are cleared to be tendered to boat. Check in was easy and off to our cabin. It is just what I expected. Efficient not luxurious. We are starving ( just has 3 little shrimps at lunch) and head to dining room. I have on my Mickey Mouse T-shirt and shorts. I feel very under dressed. Sat with American Mom and daughter from San Marcos from New Jersey. Tired went to room unpacked and went to bed. Able to unpack our suitcases into closets and put cases under the beds.
