We kicked off the summer holidays with a BBQ to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary, and it was lovely!
Then we speedily moved on to Devizes in Wiltshire to spend an evening with Janice and Les. It was lots of fun and although I was beaten at the last minute I held a strong second place for most of the evenings estimation wist championships.
The next day it was time to move on again, and this time the family separated :0(
I for a retreat week with RTF (restoring the foundations) and Matt and the kids went to Bournemouth to visit Matts dad and sister.
I had a fantastic week spent relaxing and in prayer and found some beautiful bridle paths that took me all the way to st Catharines. When the family came to collect me I took them along a short way. Will was so excited to see the tractors making hay, but even more so when he decided the woodland around us contained 'bug buddies' (a series of books he's been reading from the library). He was especially excited To see a cow pat because 'lurch' (the dung beetle) would be able to make a really good bed with it. Ewwwww...
Anyway, wonderful week, good to be home. Check out the photos!
