Spring harvest - day 1

Watoto children's choir led worship with Mark Beswick at the family celebration this morning and it was brilliant. I can't believe I didn't used to get up early enough to go to this pre children!

The 'Good News Style' song (instead of gangnam style) got even William smiling (he was having a grumpy morning) and Elisha loved dancing with Daddy to 'Cast Your Burdens'.

I also bumped into a friend from high school, which was a complete surprise because when I knew him he wasn't a Christian. We laughed about my painful teenage evangelistic techniques (well, he laughed; I cringed) and introduced each other to our spouses.

The children loved their kids work groups and we are looking forward to going swimming in the splash zone this afternoon.
