Your visit to the rock and all the pictures look great. But I have to say its more like training camp. All the early mornings the long walks and climbing. You might make the 2012 London Olympics the way you are going. Love the bedroom, it's not a Premier Inn but for £11 and breakfast that's good. Save jounery and more blogs please!

Once again some fab images Gem. I can't imagine why you would have avoided the climb, had it been open. Looks easy to me, and the height no problem!! Couldn't make out the elephants though, no matter how hard I tried - perhaps it's one of those 'magic eye' pics! It was lovely to see some blue sky - you've already caught the sun too ... as well as the bump on the nose. Lots more photos please. xx

Thanks Kevin! It doesnt look like a prison cell hehe. Ok maybe a little, but its a bed and it was 11 pounds a night including breakfast, can't moan really. Caravella is so much nicer though. Im starting to think I might need that crash helmet after all hehe just to hide the cut if anything its horrid. Love u xxx

Sorry to dissapoint but I didn't climb the rock. There were strong winds and the clim was closed. If Im honest I wouldn't have done it anyway. You will understand once you have seen the photos. No mum the rock was still there hehe
