I know all about walking, after 3 days in South Wales and all those hills! Great to see that things are going well. Thank you for the timetable update which was very useful. Love the dolphins and all those lovely beaches, any golf courses!!

Crikey, it's all go Gem. I feel exhausted just reading your blog! Especially the bit about walking in the sand; I used to do training runs in the sand tracks up on Epsom Downs and I can still feel the pain! As for the acrobatic flight, I think I'll pretend I didn't read that! Feeling a bit queesy! Don't tell me when you're about to skydive - just mention it afterwards please. AML xxx

A koala, a croc and a snake all in one day, plus what must count as a gem (lol) of a trip - out on the yacht, in wetsuits in crystal blue waters - how fantastic. Memories to cherish for a lifetime. I think my retirement plans have just firmed up - all I need is a massively obese redundancy payment!
