Well the sleeper train managed to get us to the next place, after a rough night sleep (well for everyone except Graeme anyway he slept like a log). In the night Martins alarm clock fell off his top bunk and scared the life out of us all (except Graeme with his ear plugs in). I also scared Sophie coming back from the loo she thought I was a burglar (still Graeme slept). We also decided to set our alarm for twenty to four to be safe so we didn't miss our stop. Turned out we were fine as our tour leader woke us later at about half 5 so we could have had a lie in. Barely anyway.
When the train arrived at the station we hopped on a bus, which took us to our hotel (at 6am!) where we dosed around for a bit (apart from Graeme who was wide awake now and went for a walk). We had a quick breakie and freshen up, before leaving for a boat trip for the day. It was a party boat that took us to several islands around the seaside town. We first visited an island with a fancy aquarium on it. Then we saw a local floating fish farm that had lobsters, where there was a lovely woman shouting at us I think telling us to leave. We were then dropped on a beach with some snorkelling gear to go in the sea. The snorkelling gear was top stuff - covered in mud and possibly blood on one of the goggles. We stumbled into the sea as the rocks were slippy, me falling a few times, and then had a go at snorkelling. It was really good fun, neither of us had really done it before and really enjoyed it. We saw lots of coral and fish lots of pretty colours. Graeme got the hang of it quicker and went out further with Martin and saw some bigger and more colourful fish (including Nemo and Doris.
We then got back on the boat for a prepared meal for us (mainly fish so I was skrewed!) but a few other nice bits. Then after they made us sing and dance for a bit to digest the food before we were allowed to jump off the boat into the middle of the sea. We liked the way they were very safety conscious making sure we didn't eat and swim……. Eating and swimming is obviously a lot more dangerous then drinking and swimming as they were trying to persuade everyone to drink as much beer as possible. We were given a rubber ring and this was called a floating bar as there was an old guy serving a strange cocktail next to us. Mixed with splashes of seawater it was very…interesting.
We then got back on the boat for a bit of entertainment. The boat staff were nutters, one dressed as a lady boy and sung, there was a mini band, and they got a person from each country to do kareoke (luckily not us). We were then finally taken to a quiet beach to relax for a bit before heading back, to treat our sunburned shoulders.
We are now just about to head out for dins before hopefully getting an early night.

Mum Having read this and the following blog updates, I think this quote was made for my son lol! 'Sleep 'til you're hungry, eat 'til you're sleepy'
