Woke up early again this morning, must've been the fresh enthusiasm to seeing someone in clogs! After breakfast we headed across the city, following the canals, to an Australian pub, as we sort've wanted to watch the Geelong game of footy, and found that they showed it! Woke up early, which sucked given the massive day yesterday. But it gets light really early, and the excitement of seeing people in clogs must've gotten to me, so I was awake! We got up, got ready, and were ready to explore. We decided to walk into Central Amsterdam this morning, a few kilometres, to soak it all up, which wasn't hard to do because it was raining. We had a couple of new definitions for excited this morning! After saying our sad goodbyes at home on Wednesday night, we made our way to the airport and got there pretty early. New excited definition 1: The early arrival paid off, we got the emergency exit row all the way to Dubai! Little bit of relief knowing we'll still have operational legs (dare I say a leg to stand on...) when we get to Dubai! So after we dumped our bags and it was getting close to midnight...
