We arrived in Pisa about 3 o'clock to check into our hostel and then go out into the town. The centre of Pisa had lots of shops and cafes to go to on both sides of the river. The weather wasn't particularly great so after a wander around we headed back to our hostel for the buffet dinner they put on which was good, cheap too!

In the morning we enjoyed some breakfast at the hostel before making our way to the one and only - Leaning Tower of Pisa! When we arrived the sun came out and we took some great photos of course! There also happened to be a car race on while we were there, the Mille Miglia, so there was lots of amazing cars driving past, which was quite cool. We then headed back to the main shopping streets to get some lunch before going back to collect our bags.

Next stop - Florence!!
