After a four hour bus journey we arrived in Hoi An in the afternoon & the sun was shining!
We had dinner on the first night & decided to have "a quick look" in one of the tailor shops down our road. We came out 30 quid worse off but for that Charlie got a winter coat & I got a jacket made.
The next day we took an organised trip up to the Cham Ruins. It looks like Angkor Wat in Cambodia but unfortuantely was destroyed alot by American bombs. In some places you can see the massive crators left by the bombs. We bumped into a couple we had met up in Sapa so after our 20000 dong lunch (75p!) we met up with them for some beers which were 3000 each! A billy bargin. Altho every time we ordered a beer some guy delivered them on a motorbike (even tho we were sat in a cafe!).
Our last day, and as the weather had been so nice wehad planned to go down to the beach, however, when we woke up it was tipping down with rain. So we posted our new coats home (to you, Liz!) & waited for our bus to arrive to take us to Nha Trang.......
