Today was the first day that I can remember where i haven't got anything planned. I'm just looking forward to chilling out! I had a lay in, and then thought I would try and get to Railay Beach, but I waited at the longboat stop for an hour and decided not to bother. The long boats only depart when they have 8 people! So if your the first person you have to wait ages. So I went to the good old seven eleven, and picked up some breakfast, even though it was now about midday. I walked around the local market, and then back up to the Pak-Up hostel, which has been really good, great atmosphere and loads of nice people.! The staff are really nice as well. The weather was overcast today, but of course still hot, I headed to the roof bar at the hostel, and read my book, a Chang beer in one hand, and laying on one of the benches. The sun started to break through the clouds, and there was a nice breeze as I was 4 flights of stairs up! The views of the River and Krabi town were pretty good.
As I said today was very quiet, but I needed it. The next two days I have trips booked.
Across the road from the hostel is a nice restaurant, and I had a nice Thai meal. It was pretty late by now, and I packed my day bag ready for tomorrow, and slept!
