.... Waking up this morning as a qualified diver was pretty cool! I can't believe in just 3 days i've passed my SSI Open Water Course, and without giving myself a break, I'm straight onto the advance course, which will be done in 2 days, with 5 dives.. I had a quiet morning, had something to eat, then headed to big blue to start my advanced diving. My new instructor is Emma, (Not sure if I said before but my instructor for the Open Water, was Iain - I know our Iain won't be reading this, but it was spelt the same way!). Anyhow, the dives I was doing to do today was the navigational dive, using computers and a compass- I was able to get us back to the boat, so guess I passed that one. The second dive was, buoyancy, it was an assault course under the sea, around 16 meters, I had to go under and over loads of different things laid out on the ocean floor. I love it when you have to swim upside down! That was cool, and I can now hover on my head! This properly don't mean a lot to people, but I had the best time!
Then.... The moment I has been waiting for, the Night Dive...!!! It was so cool, given touches we were able to explore, looking for all the sleeping under water world has to offer... Saw loads of fish, and stingrays! All I was thinking about was Steve Irwin, as I quickly swam by!
It looked complete different, the sky was clear, not a cloud in the sky, the moon was compleat with the full moon yesterday. Swimming back to the boat, while on my back, I just looked up at the stars! So dark, and clear!
After my 3rd dive of the day, all I wanted to do was sleep.... Just after dinner, I headed to bed about 10, as back up at 0600 tomorrow, as a full day of scuba ahead! Whoop whoop.... You'll be pleased to know the rooms, ate about 1 degree cooler today!! Lol night zzzzz
