... I have another day of exploring Bangkok... At least i know the Tuk-Tuk scam now, so I'm keeping clear of them!

I walked down to the Grand Palace, its only about 15 minute walk from the hostel, but it's 35 degrees, so bloody hot... Actually although it's really hot, I've not really been using sun cream haven't burnt at all - as soon as I put it on, I sweat it off! The mosquitos are liking my legs! I think I've counted the bites to about 15 now.! But I don't have malaria yet, so that's good! With my track record the pass 12 months it wouldn't surprise me if I got it! Ha ha, (Only messing!)

Anyway- back to the Grand Palace, i had to hire a crappy pair of trousers as you have to have your legs covered in the temple. ( They could have been an old pair of Lisa's PJ bottoms!).. Their is pictures, so I will post when I get a chance..! The grounds of the Grand Palace were massive, with loads of temples, and the Kings residence! It was impressive, it was so hot by now, so I was walking from shade to shade! Lol, reading the history on the way, with my now warm bottle of water!

When I got back to the hostel, after grabbing some dinner, (sweat and sour chicken - Az you would have like this!)... People were chilling the hangout area, so while watching Social Network, I did research on what to do next... I'm off to Koh Tao, where I'm doing a PADI diving course!! So accommodation, course, and transport all booked for less than £200 bargain!!

... It was about 11 by now, and after chatting to some of the guys in the hostel headed to the dorm as my alarm is set for 06:30am tomorrow... As have a long day planned!!
