Well I guess I found myself plopped into the Faroes' largest holiday, Ólavsøka! For those of you that are rusty with your olde Norse, that's St Olaf's Day. The entire country has migrated to Torshavn, nearly all dressed in their traditional cultural clothing. There's beer galore, frankfushn, and cheering. But for what?
