The view from the pass reminds me what it must have been like a thousand years ago when this was the only route to the remote villages. This is light fog, and the beacon of hope is the cairn. I added my little bit to the effort...that flatty one on the top of course. Probably won't last a week in this wind!
It didn't take long to get to the pass, so I'll continue on to see what's on the other side of the weather.
