After leaving Swan Hill we travelled through flat countryside into Echuca, a beautiful Murray River town. We walked along the river looking at all the paddle steamers and walked through the old part of town, stopping in to watch a woodworker. We walked along the main street and had the best burgers ever for lunch! There were so many gorgeous cafés and shops, it would have been nice to have the time to stroll through them all. We left there and had another few hours to get to our free camp near Albury. We camped beside the Murray River again, sitting around the fire and watching the sun set and reflect in the river. It was our last campfire for the trip.
