Crab and chilli paste and pork inside this steamed dumpling. Sounds like an odd combination but it really worked. Salty and chilli taste. I love these little packages. You're never quite sure what's inside. This had the right amount of sauce inside for the dumpling which are a doughy consistency.

Pork and egg fried rice. Rice was light and eggy, pork was succulent and full of flavour.

Pork wanton dumplings in a rich black vinegary chilli oil sauce. Soft delicate pasta, perfect spiced meat. Need to eat this again :) Love the black vinegar. Like balsamic but sweet and sharper than normal balsamic.

Prawn pancake. Springy texture which was slightly rubbery or calamari like. Scallion in the dish too I think. Very morish.

Fantastic dim sum restaurant. Will get name. Next few dishes arrived on our table. It was a perfect lunch. Loads of plates, lots of different textures flavour some hot some cold. All to share. Raw Cucumber. Garlic. Black vinegar. Delicious.
