Gorgeous caprese salad starter, massive doorstop perfectly cooked medium rare steaks and salt and pepper chips. (chips tossed in this when hot :))
Followed by cheese platter.

Prawn steamed dumplings. Light soy and vinegar sauce inside. Perfect. Also had pork ones but I preferred these as they were just full of the prawn. No mystery meat :)
