Took a while to convince the owner that I only wanted one as they seem to be sold in 6 and 8's :)

Really enjoyed it :)

The sauce was slightly tart. Like a soy mixed with Worcestershire sauce, and light mayonnaise.

Had to look it up and found the sprinkles are something called green laver (aonori) and the shavings were dried fish. Most likely dried bonito (katsuobushi).
