Sunday, 8th November

National Cambodia Day, got the bus down to Sihanoukville. The beach is almost non existant, apparently it comes up and goes back down over 3 weeks at a time. Coasters where we found a sea view bungalow on stilts has put up a wall and made a mini beach level with the restaurant. Had a lounge on the balcony then had an early supper and headed away from the beach trying to find somewhere to watch the GP. What we found was the 'Top Banana' bar that had a projector screen that they set up, it turned out to be the most disorganised, poorly stocked and run bar we'd ever been in so we watched the GP had a few games of pool and left.

Monday, 9th November

Woken up early (before sunrise) by some Spanish idiots making a load of noise on the balcony so we and the couple the other side of them made sure we made enough noise once they'd gone to sleep! Had a wonder along the sea front and then had lunch and found where the boats go out to the islands from, had a bit more of a wonder then realising where we're staying is far nicer headed back to ours for supper and to get a bit carried away with the 2 for 1 cocktails.
