Sunday, 15th November Early bus to Phnom Penh, Tom rushed off and got our passports which were ready with our Laos Visas getting back in time for us to get the next bus to Siem Reap. The Tuk Tuk driver from Phnom Penh had emailed his friend here to meet us from the bus, we got off the bus and saw a sign 'welcome Mr Tom'. Tuesday, 10th November Oh what a day, we were up early and breakfasted by the time the guys came to get us to take us out to the island. A couple of Ozzie's came too but were just doing the trip, we had half an hour of snorkelling which was pretty good. Then we went to Bamboo island (where we were going to stay), having dropped off the others to have lunch we were taken to Koh Ta Kiev. Sunday, 8th November National Cambodia Day, got the bus down to Sihanoukville. The beach is almost non existant, apparently it comes up and goes back down over 3 weeks at a time. Coasters where we found a sea view bungalow on stilts has put up a wall and made a mini beach level with the restaurant. Friday, 6th November Said goodbye to the O'boyles, and Anyas mum who arrived last night, and got the bus to the border where we'd paid $25 instead of $20 and the driver gave us a load of rubbish about fees etc. Got to Phnom Penh and prepared ourselves for the onslaught of tuk tuk drivers claiming to know the best and cheapest places to stay, instead Sam greeted us with a well practised accent which was all we needed to hear to get out of there, his parting comme...
