Jo and Nicole came and saif goodbye this morning. Bit sad and going to miss them! Went back to bed and actually managed to sleep which I think has really helped as feeling a lot better today. Ended up going to the hot pools with some very strange people from another Kiwi Bus heading South. It was really weird as 4 weeks ago I met a woman who had finished her Kiwi tour and I was asking her all about what the best things to do were and the best places to stay ...

Early departure up to Taupo. Had a nap. Still really ill. Noodles for lunch which were really good and sat on the waterfront in the sunshine. It was Jo and Nicole's last night which was really sad as I have been with them since Auckland. Really nice evening out, went to Mulligan's for something to eat and then onto Element. Had to go to bed quiet early as exhausted.

Really ill. Slept most of the day. Spent a fortune in the pharmacy and even had to buy some Cadbury's! Went to the cinema in the evening to see Couples Retreat which was OK. Had an early night but couldn't sleep as coughing too much. Raining. Windy. Will be glad to be out of Wellington.

Ended up doing Isabel Estat3e in the morning as couldnt fit it in the day before. Headed back into Belnheim and got picked up by Cam and back on the Bus heading to Wellington. Really short journey from Kaikoura onto Blenheim which was good as we arrived before midday. Felt a bit lost getting off the bus when every9one else was staying on. Found the tourist office and managed to get to Renwick whihc was where all of the vineyards were. Really nice hostel but very different to all of the BASE hostels that we have been staying in.
