Up really early as had to be on the bus for 7.15 so literally a case of grab everything throw it in any bag available and leave. Really long drive today so quiet good that starting early.

Stopped off to see Mt Cook which was pretty cool as for once it wasn't covered in cloud. Took some great photos and stopped to have lunch.

I have been really ill for the last few days, I reckon its a form of freshers flu as everyone on the bus has seemed to go down with it.

Arrived in Christchurch late afternoon and after the check in from hell dumped my bag and went for a run.

There was a rugby final of Canterbury vs. Wellington that we went to see in the evening which was great as not many tourists can say that they have been to a local rugby match actually in NZ. Actually got really good seats as well and they cost us $19 (8 quid ish) which was really good considering prices at home. Canterbury won!

Ended up walking back through Christchurch as couldn't find the bus stop and Chris and I played count the sex shops (there are nearly as many as sheep in NZ)!
