The Whitsundays are a group of 75 Islands off Eastern Australia. We took the SV Whitehaven and sailed for 2days and 2nights. During the trip we snorkelled and took a trip to one of the Islands with Whitehaven beach on it, the main attraction. We stopped in a bay and all these turtles surfaced, it was pretty cool. We had a lovely group of people on the boat and great crew. It was pretty amazing sailing around all these Islands but nothing compared to Halong Bay in Vietnam. As it was Stinger season every time we entered the water we had to put on very attractive stinger suits. All in all, great weather, great scenery and a great trip.
