So ive been here in auckland for the past week. My parents left on monday, and i settled into a little single room in a YWCA. exactly like uni halls! Was brilliant seeing my parents and im very lucky they could come out.

Joel decided to come back to auckland for a few more weeks to save money and bacause he has so much time spare. so at least im not alone, i didnt have fun the first day when i was on my own, had no one to talk to!

Ive been looking for jobs and had an interview at a shoe shop, so fingercrossed! not heard anything all week though so been doing absolutely nothing. Reading and wandering around handing out my CV thats about it.

Met a friend today from Peru and we caught a ferry across the harbour to Devonport. Pretty little town with bakery and icecreams. nice view of the city. o apparently there is a huge meteor thats looks massive in the sky, so im going to look out for that tonight, its in the news in NZ at the moment.

Theres a few things i need to worry about to do with my future travels. Im meant to be going to Fiji after NZ but aparently there are serious problems with government and armies, and people should avoid Fiji altogether!! i was really looking forward to sittin on a beach for two weeks and snorkelling on paradise island. i seriously hope its cleared up in the next month but something tells me it wont. im also considering changing a few flights so i miss out OZ and just go straight to Singapore. just an idea but we'll see.

Well you are now up to date with whats been going on, alot can happen in just two weeks. Im sure the next 4 weeks will be very very dull. il be reporting ' well i sold 5 pairs of shoes today and then cleaned every single shoe box in my department' bet you'd all be jelus about that hey.
