Day 328 (Tuesday 28th October 08)

Woke up to more drizzly rain. Drove up the steep hills and then down a very steep hill to Erskine Falls. Walked down to the bottom and got a good view of the falls. Back up the steps to see the view from the top and then back into Lorne to Teddy's Lookout. Good view of the cove and The Great Ocean Road. Popped back into the town centre before heading off further along The Great Ocean Road. Stopped in a few of the lookouts and ended up in Apollo Bay. Went straight up the very steep hill to Mariner's Lookout. Realised Hoki Poki had got quite hot so hoped by the time we had walked to the lookout and back it would have cooled down! Steep walk to the lookout but well worth it as the view was awesome. Back to Hoki Poki and luckily it had cooled down enough to start and make our way into the centre of Apollo Bay. Popped into the tourist information and then cooked up some lunch. Went and parked out the end by the wharf. Treated ourselves to a massive very good ice cream! Played some backpacker and did a bit of study. Had something to eat and parked by the golf course to sleep.
