Day 293 (Tuesday 23rd September 08)

An undisturbed night we were up early to have some breakfast, clean out the van and go for a walk. Went along and around a couple of the headlands to get some exericse then came back to lie on the beach for a couple of hours. Once we had had enough and it was getting too hot used the beach showers and then went to do our washing at the laundromat across the road. Soon had clean clothes and sheets again and went to try and cook some scrambled eggs for lunch. Didn't work at all as it was way too windy and ended in a mess having to be chucked away! Carried on again further down the coast. Took one of the tourist drives and saw some nice scenery through the mountains. Ended up in Brunswick Heads for the night. Already nearly dark so cooked some food up and found somewhere to stay. Hoped we would be ok, noticed a homeless guy living across the park from us.
