It's another sunny day in Coral Bay, so me, Bryce, Ollie and Cat took Bryce's boat out for a spin.

We went out the South passage and cruised around the outer reef checking out whales. They were so close it was amazing. We wanted to get in and swim, but I dont think your allowed to and there was a long nosed grey shark that kept circling us so we decided against it. Then a pod of dolphins started swimming around us, they are so beautiful! It was definitely a different experience being in a little tinny like Bryce's compared to one of the bigger commercial boats that CBA and The Dive Shop use.

Then we came back inside the reef via the north passage and Ollie drove for a while. We went over to Oyster Bridge and jumped in for a snorkel around. We saw a Wobbegong and loads of other little fish and things.

Then it was definitely beer o'clock so we started driving back to the bay, but Bryce oversteered as a wave hit us and the entire boat went up on its side. Me and Cat were literally half in the water, thinking we were about to capsize and die, but Bryce and Ollie were on the other side of the boat and it just dropped back down....phew

Little scared, but alive, we went back to the bay and had a few in the pub to celebrate the best day off ever!
