So we arrived in Koh Phangan after an 18 hour bus and boat journey from Bangkok. Not actually as bad as we thought it would be!! It was ok but we ended up in a funny part of town just outside the main beach and we were in VERY spartan bungalows - we were practically outside! So after a few days we headed into the centre of town and found ourselves a nice guesthouse with a pool (very nice) and was right on the beach! We got to catch up on some new films and sunbathed. And we also had a well deserved fix of Marmite!! Now heading to another island above - Koh Tao.
