...Huge hangover. Beers in the pool. Muay Thai Fight...

Got absolutely smashed last night and woke up feeling pretty wrecked, hung over and in serious need of some food and caffeine. I'm not 18 any more!

Jen and Becky have gone to Vietnam today so the outlook for the day seemed pretty quiet until the late afternoon when sitting writing my diary at the pool bar I met a group of lads from Amsterdam.

Bas (a DJ in Amsterdam) came over and introduced himself and after chatting for a while found out that the reason why the music in the pool bar had changed from Sugar Babes and Spice Girls circa 1996 to something a bit decent was book they were his CDs.

So as the evening drew in I joined him, Arnold, Bart, Mike and Stefan for Changs in the pool. Was quite a funny evening as it started to absolutely pour down but we just stayed in the pool chatting and dancing.

In the evening we all went to a Muay Thai fight at Haad Rin Stadium. The first fight was between two young boys who were pretty good, and the level and the age of the fighters increased as the evening went on. Unfortunately we didn't stay for the end of the fight as swarms of huge flying red ants just took over the stadium. Shame as I was just starting to get into it but overall I had a really good evening.
