Well the day has arrived to farewell wisbech and say hello to badby. Well the weather has gone to s*** and is pouring with rain unfortunately the English do not know the meaning of driving to the conditions!!! We arrived in badby a quaint little parish - population roughly 650. Our host for the next 5 days is Yvonne, a lady Sean's mum met in Sri Lanka. This woman is an energizer bunny, a retired professor in sociology she now works a couple of days a week in a counselling position. Her home is a converted school house and is just amazing!! And directly across the road is the maltsers pub. After dropping our gear off at the house we made our way to the Stratford upon Avon park n ride to go and see shakespere's house. By this time it was pouring!!! After arriving in Stratford it was time for lunch so we had a lovely meal at the encore and then it was time to buy a waterproof jacket. After finally finding a camping store we headed to shakespere's house where we did the tour through - realising that people back then were extremely short. We were entertained by actors reciting excerpts from many of shakespere's poems. After a bit more of touring through the city it was time to make our way back to badby to meet up with Yvonne for dinner.
Dinner at the maltsers was excellent - great food, great drinks and most of all great company!!! After dinner it was time to pick up Sean's friend who he had not seen or spoken to in quite awhile. After getting lost going to the railway station and Sean having a tantrum because he didn't know how to get to railway station hence making us 20 mins late to pick up pazz and Jill. We finally made it back to Yvonne's house and many drinks and laughs were had and then it was time for bed!!
