Today, a long drive... Started early to try and get some ground covered. The wind picked up a bit, which with the height of the van and the bendy upward roads was great fun.

A couple of stops on the way, including Masterton for a spot of brunch (eggs on toast; pancakes with bacon, banana and maple - excellent!).

Made it to Wellington in time for the bar to open (this time the holiday park is sort of a mixture with both a hotel and campervan slots).
