I left syndey just after 7am on the OZ experience, i am doing the three night trip to Melbourne. I was expecting smaller buses than kiwi experience after talking to othes that have done it bit there were only 6 people on the bus. (2 people missed it) It was a misture of nationalities for a change with 1 dutch, 1 german, 1 swiss 1 polish, 1 other english and 1 irish guy that joined us the next day after missing the bus earlier. We left Syndey and drove to Canberra despite this being the capital city there isnt mcuh to see and wouldnt want to stay there. WE went into the war memorail which has a larger musuem of the various wars downstairs then there is the war memorial wall with the names of everyone that has died there. Dter lucnh we did the a tour of parliment. THe building is huge and very light with loads of windows and sky larks. we were able to go into the great hall and the two main rooms where parliment meets. but didnt understand how eveything is run here. WE then drove to Jindabyne which is a town near the snow mountains. We are staying in the hotel/motel there. WE had dinner in the bar area and then played pool which i somehow managed to win.
