Brawling in Brisbane: Tuesday, Wednesday 5, 6 June2012 A chilly but sunny day and off we go via bus to explore Brisbane city. First trip was to the Information Centre for advice and brochures, lovely helpful guides as usual at all the "I" Centres around Oz. Heading north to Brisbane - 4th June 2012 We awoke to beautiful blue skies in Byron Bay. We still had images of the previous night of the so called Whale Ceremony down at the main beach. At sunset the hippies from the region assembled on the water's edge with all their different drumming instruments and the drumming began accompanied by lots of swaying hand twirling and dancing. There was also the obligatory fire juggling. The smell of a bit of hooch drift...
