My Trip
The Weather is warming and that means only one thing YES...
Welcome to the penultimate Fridge Brother update...
After yet another two evictions, Claire's departure filled the nation with shock, and the Fridge with Ice, early last week.
Fridge favourite Claire stepped into the limelight at the tender age of 23, and had been a steady contestant for over 2 months. But was it her late night antics, dancing until 6am, or her hat obsession that led to her downfall? as the polls were suggesting she was odds on to walk out a clear winner! Instead she has been evicted to New Zealand, in a bid to escape her confusion.
We spoke to Fridge Brother expert Eoin
"Well it seems like the longer you're in the Fridge, the colder the public get to you! We can take Fuzz as an example, (Evicted just yesterday) as time passes the public seem to forget about your antics, your old ways, they need entertainment there and then, Fuzzes jokes and marigold wearing comedy had lessened in the last few weeks"
"It also seems like contestants find strongholds with one another, with Matt and Becky, closely followed by Karen leaving, Claire had her comfort zone stripped away from her".
However rank outsider Loran, has spent more time than anyone in the Fridge and is fast becoming the Bookies Odds on. With her great taste in TV (mainly 24, the OC (now finished and what a crap ending!), Neighbours, Home and Away and Cold Case), dry humour and love affair with Aidan, Loran has exceeded expectations and is pulling in the audience with drama, laughter and admiration.
Saddened by the loss of Claire, David has had a chilled out time, he knows that its simply a waiting game now. However he has filled his time by playing Squash 3 times a week, and watching movies. Somehow he commented in the Diary room, the feeling of fun had left the Fridge. Also commenting on his want to leave the Fridge for hotter climates, reverse phycology or true feeling coming from the 25 year old?
Liza having had to say goodbye to Superstar Rory for a while also lacked enthusiasm!
Fridge Brother decided to warm up the Fridge by treating them all to a night of entertainment, a musical extravaganza. The Zutons live in Sydney, a very intimate gig, which succeeded in cheering everyone up immensely.
With only 3 weeks left to go, and the final evictions drawing ever closer, the question is who will be next?
"My personal opinion is the stronghold of "The 3 Musketeers" will lose a member soon" Eoin stated, referring to Dave, Fin and Liza, the only group untouched by the public's recent frosty reception.
And strategically taking a walk where only picture cameras could follow, along the beaches of Eastern Sydney (Bondi-Coogee including unchartered territory such as Bronte, Gordens Bay, Clovelly Bay and Nelson Bay). A gorgeous walk that some expects are saying was strategic to plan their united front to rule the Fridge Brother House!
In an effort to liven the Fridge's atmosphere even further, Fridge Brother, turned the heat up in the Fridge but also has introduced a ghost into the house, known only as the Pitt St Ghost. Heard by many so far, the ghost had been scaring people whilst alone. Combated by Katie's illumines orange PJ's, and Dells desire to dress up like a woman, the Pitt St Ghost had a scare of its own!
Rumours are rife, but in the end it's your choice, you make the difference, keep those votes coming in!
