Day 79 - 25th September
GHD
We wake up and head down for our last buffet breakfast and probably the last yummy breakfast on this trip, if not the only yummy breakfast! We want to explore more of Perth, so we look at some of the free bus services that Perth has to offer but soon realise that it's really wet and we can explore the botanical gardens and everything in between on a payed bus service, so pay the bus fair of the hop on hop off bus (with running cometary about Perth and its history) and head to the botanical gardens, we stop at the Casino but soon realised we didn't have enough to do here for a whole hour (kids not allowed to gamble) so we decided to go to Kings Park and the Botanical Gardens instead. We walk to the DNA Tower which is a spiral staircase shaped like DNA. There were 101 stairs on each side and at the top you get a magnificent 360 degree view of Perth harbour and the beautiful botanical gardens. Then we head down to have a look at the nature surrounding us. Amazing display of WA wild flowers. Me and Olivia find some ducklings and Olivia decided to pick up a duckling and handed it to me and I open my eyes and this duck is flying straight to my face so I quickly put down the duck and run!!!!! We walk to a cafe for some lunch the park there was based on dinosaurs and so the girls were happy playing on them. We get some chip and we were all distracted by the black crows that are trying to steal our food we move on, back to the bus. We stop at the discount shopping centre I was excited but I don't think anyone else was. I try to find a dress for the netball dinner but didn't have much luck again. We buy Olivia a jumper because she lost her other one and Matilda wouldn't let her borrow hers. After Dad and Mum where sick of shopping or handing out there money to us we left to catch the last bus and we were just in time. We get back to the hotel and go for a swim. We order dinner room service and go to bed after watching a movie.
