Docked at 9.30 and went ashore soon after. Decided to get a hop on hop off bus. It took us to a high point on the island where we got off for some great views. The sea swell had subsided overnight so we had a good night's sleep and were up early for breakfast as we docked in Lisbon. Took the shuttle bus into the city centre. Took the Gloria funicular railway up to get a view of the city. Got caught in a shower but it did not last long. George shopped for a pair of sandals after much deliberation.
