Pat flew into Darwin on the 12th for christmas. He will be staying untill we pack the van up and head back to Miriam Vale on the 17th January.

A group of the us (park residents) have decided to get together for Christmas lunch. It was going to be a picnic lunch outside but the weather decided other wise. Rain clouds everywhere. Lunch was changed to one of the camp kitchens.

Hot roast Turkey , Black/Wild rice salad

Glazed ham, Green salad

Hot corned Silverside, Boiled potatoes & cauliflower, Salt and pepper greens

Chocolate Yule log, rumballs, Miniture deserts and other yummy treats. a massive menu that tasted great.

Miss the kids but there will be other years.
