Pat and I have been trying different eating areas around town. From breakfast at the cafe in the marina in Cullen Bay to yummy noodles in Palmeston. We have had some great food and some pretty pedestrian mealstoo. Such a wide variety of foods. Absolutly love the sticky rice from the Parap markets. I have a job now working for a Fire Protection Company. They maintain & install fire systems. They are a great bunch of people who have come from the other states...

Pat & I met up with friends Deb & Bruce Rowlands at Darwin showgrounds to catch a bus over to the Darwin Airbase at Berrimah to get a close look at the fighter jets that have been playing war games overhead for the past few weeks. 12 years ago Mum, Dad, Aunty Jan, Uncle Tom, Pat and myself went out to the Window to the Wetlands to have a look around. We parked the mazda in the same place we parked the cruiser last time and took a photo just as we did with the group 12 years ago. It is an amazing place to learn about the wetlands area.
